Women and men often have different fitness goals. Where most men like to build big muscles, most women prefer to make a firm body with finely defined muscles. However, where the tummy is concerned, both women and men prefer to have nice flat tummies and, if they can, have well defined abs or even a six-pack.
Nice and sexy women's abs are easy to gain with the right type of exercise, and of course the right type of nutritional foods. All you women out there who want sexy abs are going to have to rethink your diet. A large percentage of the work you need to do to own sexy women's abs is in what you eat, you must eat the proper healthy foods at regular intervals to keep your body's metabolism running like a highly tuned machine.
So, to gain your sexy women's abs you must be ruthless in ditching the junk food. DO NOT each junk food or eat any snacks, EVER! Clean out your refrigerator and cupboards now, dump the junk! Do not be tempted to eat that packet of cookies or potato chips just because you already bought them, stop right now, today, this minute. Stop poisoning your body right now and be on your way to sexy women's abs!
If you have a lot of fat to lose you need to cut out the carbs. You see your body burns carbs to create energy, and your fat reserves are like the royal jelly of carbs - if you do not eat carbs, your body is forced to get the carbs from your fat reserves. You do need a small amount of good carbs because they help your brain work properly. Good carbs come in brown rice, wholemeal pasta and small amounts of wholemeal bread. Bad carbs, the think you should never eat ever again if you want to get and keep sexy women abs, come in white bread, potatoes, pastries etc.
You also need to cut out sugar, period, so no soda drinks, no Pepsi, no Coke a Cola - not even diet sodas which contain sweeteners as they can also ruin your sexy women abs goals, in fact even Splenda can hinder your efforts. Alcohol should also be avoided when trying to get nice women abs. If you really must sweeten things go to a health food store and ask for non-bitter Stevia extract, not the blended type but the pure Stevia. Pure Stevia with not spoil your waistline or sexy women's abs, does not affect your glucose levels and is equally as sweet as sugar.
So, once you've sorted your diet out, dumped the starchy carbs and sugars, it's time to work on your abdominal exercises - zoning in on your upper and lower abs. Make no mistake, you WILL have to push yourself hard to gain hard, sexy women abs. Never give up, force yourself to finish those reps and make sure you breathe properly, exhaling when you contract your abs.
